The Training and Education Command takes care of the training and recruitment procedures for all ranks in the United States Marine Corps.

To provide the Commandant of the Marine Corps, headquarters staff, and serviced commands with the human resources, equal employment opportunity, and organizational management expertise required to effectively recruit, develop, and retain the right workforce and to build and maintain high performing organizations.

PP&O Is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of service plans and policies related to the structure, deployment, and employment of Marine Corps forces in general

The Office of the Inspector General of the Marine Corps is the uniformed law enforcement branch of the USMC. Investigations are conducted by Military Police Investigators or the United States Marine Corps Staff Judge Advocate General, both of which report to the IGMC.

U.S. Marine Corps Public Affairs plans, coordinates, and implements communication strategies designed to build understanding, credibility, trust, and mutually beneficial relationships with the domestic and foreign publics on whom the Marine Corps' success or failure ultimately depends.
